Projects are confirmed only after a written agreement has been signed and any required deposit has been received.

Payment terms are agreed individually for each project.

Late payments may delay delivery.

Each project includes reasonable revisions.

Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

Delivery timelines are estimates.

Delays caused by client feedback or circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect delivery dates.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all copyright remains the property of Mazen Elansari.

Clients receive a licence to use the final delivered content for the agreed purpose.

Raw footage and editable project files remain the property of Mazen Elansari unless specifically purchased.

Unless covered by a confidentiality agreement, completed work may be displayed on this website, social media, and portfolio presentations.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information and obtaining any required filming permissions.

Mazen Elansari is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or creative services.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws agreed between both parties.
